All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by Mivora Journey.

A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining amount must be paid on or before the due date mentioned in your invoice.

Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfer, or any other method approved by Mivora Journey.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the travel date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable advance and any charges already incurred.

Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will attract a cancellation fee as specified in your booking details.

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days and will follow the terms stated in your booking agreement.

Any request to modify your itinerary must be sent in writing and will depend on availability and additional charges.

Mivora Journey reserves the right to make necessary amendments to the itinerary due to operational issues, weather conditions, government notices, road closures, or any situation beyond our control.

We strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover uncertain events, including trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, or loss of baggage.

Guests must ensure they carry valid travel documents, including ID proofs, permits, and visas (if required).

Travelers are responsible for following local rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided during the tour.

Mivora Journey will not be liable for issues arising from incomplete documents, rule violations, or personal negligence.

Mivora Journey will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including delays, missed connections, or personal expenses.

Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the travel package, excluding non-refundable fees and third-party charges.

Mivora Journey is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

All bookings with Mivora Journey are governed under the laws of Delhi, India.
